Eligibility

Return / Exchange Period

You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all labels and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged, and are non-refundable:

  • Accessories
  • Luxe Cut Pieces
  • Sale items
  • Customized & personalized products

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description shown online.

Products must be returned in original condition with all labels & tags intact. All returns and refunds are subject to approval.

Shipping & Return Charges

  • Prepaid orders ship free within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — partial COD available with a flat Rs. 99 shipping charge.
  • Returns within India — a flat Rs. 199 is deducted, and the balance is refunded as a gift card via email.
  • Exchanges — a fee of Rs. 99 per product applies.

International Orders

Yes — we ship internationally! For orders outside India, please shop at mashroostore.us, our dedicated international store.

If an international item arrives damaged, email support@mashroostore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll assist you.

Step by Step

How to Return a Product

  1. Find your orderGo to the Return / Exchange portal, enter your phone number and email, select the Order ID, and proceed.
  2. Select the itemChoose the order and the specific item you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Initiate the requestClick the Return / Exchange button to start — no need to call or email.
  4. Fill in detailsGive a reason (e.g. wrong size) and pick a replacement or exchange.
  5. Prepare the productMake sure it's unused, unwashed and in original sellable condition, with all tags attached and original packaging if possible.
  6. Arrange pickupOur courier / pickup agent will collect the item from your address within a few days.
  7. Hand over the parcelGive the packed item to the pickup agent when they arrive.
  8. Track your exchangeOnce received and passed through our quality check, your exchange is dispatched or a refund / credit is issued.
